Our Service Delivery Department has been carefully trained to assist our clients with their needs and questions while they’re traveling in Costa Rica, offering 24-hour service for added safety and peace of mind.
On the other hand, our Tour Guides are also highly qualified, and certified by the Costa Rican Board of Tourism. English, Spanish, French and German are some of the languages they speak and most of them have university degrees. Technology We are aware of the importance of technology in the Service Industry, so we have invested in the latest-generation internal networking equipment and database technologies in order to determine any detail concerning our clients’ trips. This will help us to offer a fast, prompt and accurate service to all our customers.
Transportation Swiss Travel owns one of the largest and most modern fleet of buses in Costa Rica. Vehicles range from 50-passenger coaches to 7-passenger mini vans. All vehicles have air-conditioning, spacious seats, radio-communication systems, and some have DVD players and coolers. We also have new vehicles equipped for the transportation of guests with limited mobility and other special needs, and drivers trained by the National Rehabilitation Council.
Two important teams that we are very proud of in the transportation division are our drivers and our maintenance staff; most of them have years working for the company and they believe in safety and excellence. As part of their job, everyone follows the strictest quality standards at every unit control & service check.
Customer Service We have executive sales representatives conveniently located at the main hotels in Costa Rica for those customers visiting the country. Also, our offices in San José and Guanacaste support our international clients and business partners; both under a suitable schedule for their service.
Safety Our client’s safety is one of our main concerns, so we strive to guarantee it. As a company, we are covered with the most comprehensive insurance policies available in the country and request each one of our suppliers to maintain insurance policies as well.
Infrastructure We work from two offices, which are conveniently located just minutes away from the international airports in San José and Liberia.
Aside from the operations and sales offices, we have three venues that are used for programmed events such as incentive group theme parties, corporate meetings, team-building activities, group functions, and others. Each one is capable of receiving over 500 guests and features meeting rooms, BBQ grills, restrooms, manicured tropical gardens and parking lots for over 100 vehicles.
