Team Leader Cuba Select Travel Havana, Cuba

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years experience in the travel industry covering individual and group travel with ability to manage a small team of local sales and operations staff. Good English and Spanish language and a full driving licence.

Other Skills/Experience:

Sales and reservations experience. Delivery of bespoke complex itineraries and quotations. IT, administrative and accounting skills and abilities. Good customer relations. Knowledge of the incentive event business.

Sales Supervisor/ Manager Dragoman Overland Suffolk, UK

Dragoman Overland one of the original overland adventure tour operators recently completed an MBO. The new management team has exciting plans to re-define Overlanding for the 21st century. We are looking for an ambitious sales team Ieader/manager to join the small, flexible management team at our Suffolk HQ. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys making sales as much as managing a team. 

Role: reporting to the sales and marketing director.Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the set sales objectives.
  • Developing and running the UK sales team
  • Management of day to day reservations function (direct, GSA and other agency)
  • Managing flight sales and ticketing operations.

Skills/ experience:

  • Five years working in sales & reservations management (adventure travel sector preferred).
  • Knowledge of Africa, South America and Asia as travel destinations
  • Ability to manage & motivate sales team
  • Flight sales and ticketing process.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a small, flexible and evolving organisation.
  • Experience of on-line sales channel.

The ideal candidate will be looking for an active sales and management role in an organisation that plans to deliver significant growth over the next 2-4 years.
